Biography

Working across Asia-Pacific, I’m a leadership transition & career coach working primarily with clients at two key stages in their careers - their first move in to managing people and later when they move into senior leadership at the functional, country or regional level.

I help clients get to the next level by building their skills, confidence and self-awareness of their strengths to better lead, engage and influence teams, stakeholders and clients for high performance.

 

Background & Experience

As a regional leader in the global professional services / HR outsourcing space, my career has focussed on the acquisition, organisation and development of talent in the financial services and life sciences sectors.  First arriving in Asia in 1995, I have lived in Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines and worked across the region managing large teams in complex organisations. In a relatively short space of time and under some fantastic leaders (and only a few terrible ones), I transitioned from an individual contributor to team manager to senior regional leader. I learned a great deal about how to motivate and empower others and play to my strengths. Today I am passionate about developing effective, wholehearted and authentic leaders build their skills, confidence and awareness of their leadership style and what might be working against them.  This helps teams and organisations thrive and it helps YOU get to the next level.

My style is collaborative & empowering with, I’m told, a sense of humour! Sessions with me are structured enough to be results & actions orientated, fluid enough to feel safe and energising. I am driven by a strengths-based approach, positive psychology and neuroscience in leadership.
