Wendy is a certified executive coach, dedicated to doing what she does best - facilitate and accelerate a talent's transformational journey. She specializes in supporting leaders through key leadership transitions especially in the first year in their new roles. She is passionate about developing leadership team potential and has worked with international leadership team members from various cultures in transformational initiatives. She currently coaches C-Suite Executives, APAC Regional Directors, Business Owners, High Potentials and executives in pre and post role transitions.
As her passion for development is all-encompassing. Wendy was the 2019 Chairman for the ICF International Coaching Week, Malaysia Chapter. She writes on www.petadiri.com and contributes to national publications such as Astro Awani and Instructors Today. Wendy is also passionate about issues around women’s economic empowerment. She sits on the Executive Committee for Women of Will, a non-profit organization that aims to transform the lives of disadvantaged women in Malaysia through micro-financing model combined with entrepreneurial development programs.
Prior to her coaching career, Wendy has had more than 25 years of corporate experience in multiple countries across Southeast Asia and India. Personally, Wendy has successfully transitioned into different roles in her own career and in the last decade has been helping others do the same.
